Returns
We accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund, which will be credited in cash at the time of delivery.

Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you decide to return the item for any other reason, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that:

Cash on Delivery Refund Process
As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed by providing the equivalent cash at the time of delivery after we’ve confirmed the return.
